Yes, we are into our 3rd machine now. Launched on 15 Apr 2019 and located at NDCS Level 2, this smart vending machine will provide patients with mainly dental related products such as interdental brushes, dental floss and mouthwash etc. We are getting better and better into this. All the 3 machines so far have a consistent look and feel and can be managed centrally through our machine management backend system. Through our backend system, any low stock level or machine problems will trigger an alert to us to provide support.

We launched our second smart vending machine for SingHealth Pharmacare outside Marine Parade Polyclinic. This is our first outdoor vending machine that runs 24 by 7 unattended. 

The items sold in this 2nd machine focus on more general items like body wash, eye drops, vitamins and syringes, and even have blood glucose meters and test strips.

Yes! Our very first Smart Vending Machine was launched on 4 Jan 2019 at Singapore National Eye Centre. This is the first machine delivered under the SingHealth Pharmacare tender won previously, and is realised through the close collaboration between SingHealth Pharmacare and SmartRX teams.

The machine comes with a full 50-inch touchscreen panel for buyers to browse and select healthcare products to purchase. The machine also facilitates advertisements to be played on the panel as well as external product advertisements in the form of the machine wrap and 3D cardboards mounted on top of the machine. The machine runs 24 by 7 round the clock providing both convenience and entertainment.

Above shows the items that are sold at the machine. The list of items will change over time to meet the needs of the people. Most of the items are recommended specialised eye-care related items, with some general over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products (e.g. Panadol, vitamins) as well.
